What is a Lasting Power of Attorney?
The LPA is a legal document that authorizes your representative(s) who are known as Attorney(s), to oversee your finances and welfare. Dealing with money and welfare matters when you are incapacitated through ill health, accident, old age or suffering mental problems, can be difficult and worrying - perhaps even impossible.
